分子生物学、生物医学工程等相关专业硕士及以上学历；
• 有测序/建库/提取相关经验；
• 优秀的书面和口头英文表达能力，有英语国家海外学习/生活经验优先，掌握其他语种语言亦可考虑；
• 有良好的沟通技巧，乐于学习新技术和新技能；
• 良好的问题分析及解决能力，具有团队合作精神与抗压能力；
• 可适应国内外出差；
In English：
Master degree or above in molecular biology, biomedical engineering or other related majors. Students from other majors with excellent academic performance during undergraduate education may be considered.
- Relevant experience in sequencing/library preparation/extraction.
- High proficiency in both written and verbal English expression; study/living experience in English speaking countries is preferred; mastery of other languages may also be considered.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn new technologies and skills.
- Good problem analysis and solving skills, team spirit and ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to adapt to business trips at home and abroad.
